As the creator of the artworks, I am allowed to use it on my social media and portfolio. (Exception for Vtuber designs and/or models: I will wait until your reveal.)

By contacting me for a commission, you understand that each drawing are started in chronological order. (The wait before I start your work may varies on my amount of work.)

Commissions can only be used by the clients who paid for their drawings.

Paypal invoices are used. (Ko-fi can be an alternative if asked.)

For a priority on your drawing, you will have to pay rush fees.

Commercial uses costs fees as well.

Payments are fully made after the sketch's validation, with an exception for models which can be paid with a payment plan.

Vtube models are completed in around two week (maximum) after the payment.

Vtube models rig are completed in around - I don't give an estimation for my rigger's health -.

Before the sketch's validation, you may ask for as much changes in he drawing as wanted but aren't allowed to use the rejected sketches.

The unused sketches from commissions or rejected characters custom designs* may be used as a material for personnal art, ych or adoptables. (*Except if the sketches are too specific and can't be turned in something entierly different.)

Tracing and heavily referencing my art isn't allowed.

You must credit my art when displaying it on your accounts.

You cannot remove your bid on the adoptables and ych.

The maximum duration for a hold is of two weeks. After two weeks, the adoptable will be put back to sale.

You cannot change the main traits of adoptables from closed species (alternative haircuts and outfits are accepted)

I refuse the use of my art for anything NFT related.
